DFK Crosbie was one of the first accountancy and business advice firms in Australia to launch a free mobile App.  The great news is this App can be downloaded free onto your iPhone, iPad or Android phones.  It’s packed full of some really useful Tax Tables, Calculators and important dates all of which you will be able to access for free, anywhere you have internet connection on your device.

You can download the App completely free of charge using the links blow or the QR code. Once in the MyAccountants App you will need the unique unlock code 'Crosbie' to access the DFK Crosbie App. You only need to put this in the first time.

What will the DFK Crosbie App do for you?

The App has been carefully designed in response to the growing use of smart phones and mobile devices used by our clients.  We wanted to develop a way to keep you up to date with the very latest news, views and tips from DFK Crosbie as well as providing you with key accounting data, in real time, at your fingertips.

The DFK Crosbie App will enable you to check the amount of tax you might be paying.  It will give you the power to check costs or see how you might increase your profits as a business. 

You can also browse the library of tax tables, giving you the very latest tax rates 24/7 whenever you need them. 
 

Never lose a receipt again – using the receipt management tool.

Using the latest app you can track receipts and expenses literally at the touch of a button. With minimal effort you can take a picture of any receipt and save it to your App. Any additional information can be added later and receipts stored by amount, category, and date.

It can help you track all your expenses with ease and enable us to interact electronically with you.
 

 

Track journeys accurately using the GPS Logbook

Our GPS Logbook uses state-of-the-art GPS technology, so you can effortlessly track both your personal and business journeys wherever your travel. The Tracker also manages trips as well, storing them and allowing you to view, edit or export them with complete ease.

GPS background tracking – no missed journeys - When you open the App, it will activate a location service in the background that will trigger the GPS to start auto-tracking as soon as you are driving, meaning you no longer must click to start and stop. This automatic tracking will enable all of your journeys to be accurately captured, and of course you can then export them from the ‘Export all trips’ screen.

Streamlined management interface - The manual trip form allows you to log the details of a trip for the App, and categorise as either personal or business. This will also sync to the cloud in real-time, meaning your trips are backed up and stored safely.

 

Keeping in touch via ‘push notifications’

As a firm we are committed to finding ways to communicate and interact with clients in the most efficient possible way.  The new App enables us to send push notifications to all App users.  We will be using this feature to share with you only important news.
